Thanks for updating me on the club and its activities. I must say that I love my xjsc I have owned this baby which is now sitting in my basement nice and warm and dry. It has its resting place since 1996 when i purchased. It has approximately 25000 miles on it. Twice, it was laid up for over 9 months at the dealers, once with a real seal leak. The second, at a mechanics, because it wouldn’t start. They couldnt find the problem until another mechanic found a starter coil that would test normal, until the starter key was turned. It then, dropped to zero. So, then it was replaced, and she is running great again. We also had to replace the starter motor, and the air conditioner compressor. I’ve updated the plumbing on the air conditioner, and it, for the first time since I purchasedthe car, it blows ice-cold. The second mechanic refuses to see my car again!!! Never -the -less, I love driving the car. Wish we had more soft tops in the States. I’d love to go to meetings here. Laurence, thanks for all the work you put into the club.
