  I see you have a UK spec car one I must have located many years ago when it was owned by Mr G Hodges from Surrey, South Cheam who supplied me with the Elusive number from the boot water gutter #1557, I also found For Sale again on April 08, 2016 on the Robert Hughes Automobiles website in the UK. Asking UKL 17,500 with 35,000 miles. If Robert Hughes was selling it then it would be a very nice car.

    Hi John, thank you and yes, the same car, Geoff was the original owner who luckily for me kept the car for dry days only and kept a very comprehensive file of all the paperwork from day 1. Quite a find and after driving all over England for the last few days I can say it’s truly a great car! 🙂

  Scott @ascotts1 attend the XJS Soft Tops social meet up today at The Bull, Gerrards Cross, in his recently acquired Cabriolet. It is indeed look a very nice example.
