C47 EYE will be at the Jag Enthusists stand at Siverstone next Friday at the classic racing event,

PS,

I have seen Simon Ackers’ full suspension rebuild, it is a thing of beauty, so if any else needs one I am sure Llewla will be pleased to see another Cabriolet on her drive!

  Silverstone was a great event, the numbers of JEC members who turned up was impressive, – at least on the Friday when I was there.
  
  There were a couple of soft tops and one other Cab, I have to say my attention was wholly focussed on the racing – as indeed were most others with only a quick lap of the other clubs.
  
  I’m afraid I don’t have photos to share either, but it is a good event with loads of action and a fantastic range of cars – it is incredible to see the level of enthusiam for older cars… will anyone ever love the XJS as well all do?
