I saw this picture of new wood amongst the photos that Thorleifur has posted into his Gallery over the weekend

They look spot on for what I need to tidy up the interior of my Cabriolet – they appear to colour match my steering wheel really well.

Thorleifur, could you supply some background information – are they something you’ve obtained locally in Iceland ?

  No this is original Jaguar wood that my friend bought when he got the car
  I bought a skislope here and it looks nice. I also got the T bar on the shifter and that is a nice one

  anyone experience buying new wood or reveneer at reasonable costs?
  as it seems a spare engine with gearbox is cheaper thenn some wood ?
