Interior Colour – name/code

hello all,

I want to work on the interior of my car. I have found an on-line supplier of the cleaning kit, and they also have a colouring kit for each of the Jaguar leather interiors.

A couple of their colours are so similar, and my seats are so grubby I can’t work out which is which.

Is there a way to discover the name of the interior colour, eg Doeskin?

  You should be able to look it up from the riveted panel on the car that has the chassi/vin number ,interior/exterior colour codes etc are denoted Paint and Trim, then look up those options on the XJS Decoder site.
