Removing B-Post finisher (or badde) on a cabriolet.

Hi all,

I’m preparing my 1968 XJ-SC for paint. It would be nice to also revive the B-post finishers. This would work best if I could remove at least the jaguar badge. Anyonw knows how to do that?
