Welcome to our Club’s February 2026 Newsletter. This month we have a quick Club update along with one important date for your diary, plus a couple of ways members are already helping the Club site grow.

Club 10th Anniversary Event — Avro Heritage Museum (23 August 2026)
In 2026 the XJS Soft Tops Club celebrates its 10th Anniversary, and we’ve been invited to attend the Jaguar Enthusiast Club (Greater Manchester Region) event at the Avro Heritage Museum — with a dedicated display area reserved for XJS Soft Tops Club cars only.

This is expected to be a major gathering with 200+ Jaguars attending, and our allocated space is limited.
To retain the Club display area, we need to confirm strong interest early — our aim is to have names down by the end of February 2026.
The show entry is £10 per car. The museum itself is also open on the day at an additional cost, for anyone who would like to make a full visit of it.

Club Car Albums & Gallery Photos — already taking shape
Since the website revamp, members have already started completing their Car Albums and adding some excellent photos to the Club Gallery. It’s genuinely lovely to see the archive building — and every new album or photo helps the Club feel more alive and more personal.
If you haven’t added yours yet, please consider contributing just a few select photos of your car (your best shots), or starting your album whenever you have a spare half-hour.

Cabriolet Parts — member-commissioned, available to the Club
XJ-SC Targa Roof Seals (available now)
I’ve personally had a batch of the rear targa roof seals remanufactured for XJ-SC Cabriolets.
These are available at £110 each, plus postage and packaging.

Rear Side Window Rubbers (interest check)
I’m also canvassing interest for the rubber window gaskets for the rear side windows (XJ-SC Cabriolet).
I had these made up previously and they all sold, and I’m willing to commission another run —
but they cost £455 per pair plus postage (left and right) and I would need a minimum of 15 orders.
This would be funded upfront from my own money, so I need to be confident the numbers are there rather than waiting months or years
for them to sell through.
