How to change colour of rear hard top from Blue to Black on XJS-C

Hi this is my first post, I have two questions

A – I have a 1984 XJS-C and live in Cheshire, the car has a very cloudy plastic rear window, how do I remove this rear hood to replace  this window and any recommendation of how or who could sew in the new window.

and

B – Because of the issue in A above, I have bought a rear hard top but it’s dark blue so I need to change the colour to black to match the rest of the top, suggestion how to carry out this work please.
