What began as a simple refresh became a considered reworking of how the Club presents itself online. This article reflects on the redesign of the XJS Soft Tops Club website, the thinking behind its visual language, and the development of a calmer, more welcoming space shaped by heritage and shared member contribution.

When the redesign work on the XJS Soft Tops Club website began, the intention was never simply to modernise its appearance. The aim was to create a space that genuinely reflected what the Club represents: heritage, enthusiasm, craftsmanship, and the people behind the cars.

By late 2025, what started as a modest tidy-up had developed into a careful digital restoration. Structure, language, visual rhythm, and interaction were all revisited to ensure the site felt welcoming, coherent, and purpose-built for its members.
