This our annual XJS Soft-tops Club meet up for brunch at the Café Cargo, which is situated alongside a canal in Foulridge, which is near Colne, Pendle in Lancashire.
This event is being postponed due to the Lakes Classic Vehicle Show being cancelled the next day.
We visited the Cafe Cargo several times over recent years and each time we all had an enjoyable time there. The location is right beside a canal and the Cafe itself offers a wide range of snacks and meals. – fine food and good company.
There art two added benefits of meeting here – the first is being able to include a visit to Boundary Mill (10 minutes down the road) for some retail therapy, and the second is that it’s on the way towards Staveley, near Kendal, where some of us will be going to the Lakes Classic Vehicle show the next day – Sunday 16th June.
