  Thanks to you as well Laurence! I stumbled onto the site looking for production totals for the XJ-SC through Google. I was very lucky to find your article, then had to enroll as a member because I just had to read the balance of the 6-cylinder versus V12 breakdown totals as well.
  
  Since reviewing the balance of the article already today, I also read the “proper way install the boot cover on an SC”. Turns out, I’ve been wrestling mine for incorrectly folding my frame work!
  
  I sadly do not have the original owner’s manuals for my unit which likely would have helped. Anyway, very impressed with the knowledge within the site already, and friendly photography to go along with it. Well done!
