Fitting the rear hardtop section to the XJ-SC

Richard Hartwell was good enough to pack up and send me one of his rear hardtop sections recently.
The section has 2 toggle clamps, 1 either side to clamp it to the body but there is clearly some extra hardware required.
Can anyone advise me where I might locate this hardware and perhaps some replacement clamps.
Some advice on how to actually fit the section would also be very much appreciated.
