  Has anyone got a spare 3.6l air filter box which they would like to move on?
  I’m looking for the outer case only (don’t mind taking the complete assembly though) – I’m talking about the black tapered shape filter box with the tapered inlet pipe.
  There only ever seems to be V12 spares on eBay.

  There should be this still on the 3.6 XJ-SC that I’m now breaking for spares – I’ll get someone to take a look for me tomorrow and I will let you know.

  I’ve checked my donor/scrap cabriolet, and I’m afraid there’s only the back bit of the box, the front bit with the tapered pipe appears to have been donated to my Red Cabriolet already.

  Thanks for keeping an eye out on this – unfortunately, this is the wrong one (round shape) – mine is the flat/triangular unit.
  I’m looking for another one so I can modify the intake to increase its size – don’t want to start cutting up the one on the car in case its a waste of time!
