Remanufactured XJ-SC Cabriolet Targa aperture seal and Hood aperture seal

  I have just had an update on my enquiry about getting the aperture seals for the Cabriolet’s Targa Panels and the Hood remanufactured.
  
  The seals themselves can be produced, to match the Jaguar original parts dimentions with with proper cyanoacrylate joins. They wuould then need to be glued/bonded in place of the car’s orignal seals onto the ‘u’ section grip strip.
  
  Indicative prices are :-
  
  BBC1001 – Hood Aperture seal – £77 + Post and packing
  
  BBC6664 – Targa Aperture seal – £96 + Post and packing
  
  If anyone is interested please register Here to give me some idea on how many to have produced (the more produced the lower the unit price will be).

  I have today just placed the order for the manufacture of the seal, so should be available in a few weeks hopefully.
  
  What will be available is the seal assembled as either Targa Roof panel seal (rectangle shape) or rear Hood seal (‘U’ shaped) – this will then need to be bonded onto your original clip strip.
  
  I am looking into sourcing replacement clip strip, with a view of having everything assembled as a complete replacement part – further news soon on this I hope.
