      1984 JAGUAR XJ-SC CABRIOLET 3.6 MANUAL 5 SPEED
After 3 years of ownership I am reluctantly selling my XJ-SC Cabriolet to make room for another classic. The log book is in my name at my address. (DE7 6FY).
This is a lovely example with a massive history file that has been well cared for over the years. The 3.6 engine is renowned for power and reliability and this example is no exception.
I have taken her around numerous shows and she always draws attention due to being quite rare. She starts immediately and drives effortlessly. I took her out on a quiet stretch a couple of weeks back and eased over 100 without a problem.
She’s fitted with wheels from a later XJS as the 80’s wheels were not the nicest (in my opinion) and this really sets her off. The soft top and targa panels are in excellent condition and I sourced a new old stock genuine cover for when the roof is folded. The boot has a full size spare and the targa panel cover as well as a rather nice full Jaguar tool kit.
I’ve just had her MOT’d and this expires in April 2020 – no advisories.
The body and underneath are in excellent condition – but not concourse as you would expect from a 35 year old car.
Everything works, no oil leaks and I’m asking a very realistic price.
Please contact me through the forum to come and view. I will take serious buyers out for a spin.
Contact me with any questions and I will come back to you straight away.
I will only reserve once a deposit of £500 is paid.
      Bank transfer for the remainder.
If you want to have the car collected, I can arrange this at cost on your behalf. £8995.
