The second car is especially nice, great price too. Is that a Lap belt hooked onto the windscreen pillar in photograph 3? Not seen that before

Most US cars have them fitted not sure if it’s all Stephen Tebben will know.

If the car is an 88 it is probably the automatic seat belt system
