The nearest car I’ve owned was a 1978 Daimler 4.2 back in 1990 that I bought for £70.00 from a client. Having owned many models of Lancia and Alfa Romeo cars (I still own six) i was recently struck by the Beauty and Grace of the XJ-SC that i had to further investigate my curiosity. Within a matter of weeks i found myself a bit poorer and hope is a long and pleasant journey of ownership
