My understanding is that Jaguar took back the Cabriolet conversion from Tickford in 1985, after the V12 Cabriolet was introduced in July. Not sure of the exact date, or any identifying Tickford markings that may have been stamped.

That said, if yours is a 3.6 built before July 1985, then it would have been converted by Tickford.
